@carolbeecooks Chili Oil Noodles (2 servings) 🍜🥒🍳 8 oz fresh wheat noodles 1/4 cup avocado oil 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns (more or less depending on spice preference) Heat for about 5-10 minutes or until begins to smoke In a bowl, combine: 2 sliced bottom part of green onion 4 cloves minced garlic 3/4 tsp 5 spice powder 1 tsp sesame seeds 1/2 tsp brown sugar Strain the oil over the bowl. It should sizzle. Stir to combine. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp black vinegar (or rice vinegar) Optional 1 tsp of trader joes sesame chili oil Serve with fried egg, top parts of green onion, sliced cucumber
