All you need is a microwave, bowl, and spoon for the ultimate quick and easy udon peanut noodles!

Sesame Seeds, Cilantro, Green Onion, Cucumber

Peanut Sauce

Creamy Peanut Butter

Light Soy Sauce
low-sodium

Dark Soy Sauce
can also use only light soy sauce

Black Vinegar
can use rice wine vinegar if you can't find black vinegar

or chili crunch; use more or less based on spice preference

Instructions
Mix all peanut sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Microwave the KA-ME Udon Noodles according to package instructions. Once microwaved, add straight to the peanut sauce. Toss until evenly combined.
Optionally serve with the toppings of your choice such as sesame seeds, cilantro, green onions, or cucumber.
Notes
Note:
I heated the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds to make it easier to mix with the other ingredients.
