This recipe for Udon Peanut Noodles takes "quick and easy" to a WHOLE new level. No cooking is required (aside from a minute or two in the microwave).

You'll need a pack of KA-ME Udon Noodles for this recipe. They are ready to serve so you just need to warm them up. Let me show you how to make these easy peanut noodles!

Udon Peanut Noodles Ingredients

  • 1 pouch KA-ME Udon Noodles
  • Sesame Seeds, Cilantro, Green Onion, Cucumber optional for serving

Peanut Sauce

Recipe Instructions

  1. Mix all peanut sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Microwave the KA-ME Udon Noodles according to package instructions. Once microwaved, add straight to the peanut sauce. Toss until evenly combined.
  3. Optionally serve with the toppings of your choice such as sesame seeds, cilantro, green onions, or cucumber.

Note: I heated the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds to make it easier to mix with the other ingredients.
