Equipment
- Air Fryer I use this Cusinart Digital Air Fryer
- Cutting Board I love my Made In Butcher Block
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce divided; I used Kikkoman
- 2 lbs Salmon I used boneless skinless
- 4 Persian cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- 2 Avocados thinly sliced
- 4 Green Onion top dark green part only; thinly sliced
- 1.5 cups White Rice cook according to package instructions
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds to serve
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1 inch pieces and add to a bowl. Pour about 1/2 a cup of Teriyaki Sauce over the salmon and combine making sure each piece of salmon is coated well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions and cut the vegetables so they are ready to serve.
- After 15 minutes, air fryer the salmon for 5-6 minutes at 375 degrees. Flip, then air fry for another 2 minutes. Every air fryer is different so adjust the time as needed to make sure the salmon is cooked through.
- Assemble the bowl with white rice on the bottom then evenly distribute the prepared salmon and veggies between the bowls. Drizzle each bowl with the remaining teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.
