This Brown Sugar Chai Shaken Espresso may remind you of a drink you have had at a very popular coffee chain. But this version isn't just a Chai or an espresso drink - It pulls inspiration from both beverages into one creamy and warm-spiced coffee drink!

What is Chai?

Chai typically refers to a type of tea that originated in India. It is a spiced tea beverage made by brewing black tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs. Chai is often served with milk and sweetened with sugar.

This version doesn't contain black tea, but uses spices inspired by a classic Chai!

This refreshing beverage combines an Iced Chai and an Iced Latte into one warm-spiced drink that you will love to sip! It's flavorful, creamy, and perfect in the morning to wake you up or as a mid-day burst of energy.

If you used Milkadamia like I did, you can whip up a batch of my Carrot Ginger Soup which uses the same milk.
