This Mexican Inspired Salmon with Avocado Salsa is fresh, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes! The rich salmon pairs perfectly with the creamy avocado cut by the sharpness of red onions, garlic, and lime juice/zest.

Start with step 1: Make a quick homemade seasoning blend.

On to step 2: Coat salmon with the seasoning blend and cook in a pan.

Then step 3: Toss together avocado salsa ingredients in a bowl.

Finally step 4: Serve!

I also served this dish with some tortilla chips, queso, and salsa on the side because you can never go wrong with some chips and dip.
