These Spicy Wontons are inspired by Din Tai Fung. I used their Shrimp & Pork Spicy Wontons as inspiration and grabbed a pack Wei-Chuan brand Pork & Shrimp Wontons. This is my favorite brand of frozen wontons! I have found them at most international grocery stores. You can also made homemade as well. Recipe Tin Eats has a yummy version if you want to try making your own.

  • 27 Wontons I used 1 pack of frozen Wei-Chuan Pork & Shrimp Wontons; you can use homemade or any frozen wontons you prefer

Sauce

  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes use less based on spice preference
