Easy Garlic Bread Pizza
Equipment
- Bread Knife I love my Made In Bread Knife!
Ingredients
- 16 oz French Bread, 1 loaf of French or Italian Bread
- 8 tablespoon Butter, 1 stick; softened
- 1 tablespoon FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning, I highly recommend this seasoning – click link to buy! See below for homemade blend
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated; optionally use extra to serve
- 8 oz Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese, low moisture; freshly grated
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce, or pizza sauce – I used Rao's Marinara Sauce; optionally use extra to serve
- 4 oz Pepperoni, use as many as desired
Homemade Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. I used my air fryer/convection oven so I cooked at 350 degrees.
- Combine softened butter and FlavorGod seasoning or homemade garlic seasoning blend.
- Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Place the bread on a foil lined baking sheet. Spread the butter evenly on to both sides of the bread and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Evenly spread pizza sauce over the bread. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Place pepperoni on top of the cheese. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni starts to get crispy.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes and cut into slices. Optionally serve with more parmesan cheese and extra pizza sauce to dip.
