Let me introduce you to my version of the Viral TikTok Feta Pasta, but this recipe swaps out the feta for flavorful Boursin cheese! I included measurements for the seasonings I used, but feel free to measure with your heart and swap in the seasonings of your choice.
This Viral TikTok Pasta with Boursin recipe is perfect for a busy week-night dinner because it only requires about 10 minutes of hands-on time. Just mix all of the ingredients in a baking dish, bake, and cook some pasta while the tomatoes are in the oven!
I love an easy pasta recipe, and this is one of my favorites. It’s super customizable and pairs well with a big green salad. I love making some Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken to pair with this dish as well.
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 package Garlic & Herbs Boursin Cheese I used garlic & herbs
- 10 oz Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Shallot chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes more to taste
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 oz Pasta
- 1/8 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
Recipe Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In an oven proof baking dish, add the tomatoes, shallot, garlic, seasonings, and olive oil. Mix everything together well. In the center, add the block of Boursin cheese.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until the tomatoes start to burst.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve about 1/2 a cup of pasta water.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir everything together well to form a sauce. Add the cooked pasta and pasta water as needed until everything is thoroughly coated. Sprinkle the fresh parsley on top to serve.
